Plebble Web 2.0 Customer Satisfaction Goes Live

Martin Bolton 26/09/07

A new way of improving customer satisfaction has been launched. Plebble.com is a new website that allows consumers to rate and comment publicly on the level of service and value for money that they receive from any business and other organisation in the UK. This gives consumers an easy and effective way of making their views (good or bad) heard. Consumers can then use this information to help them find the best service. They also gain the satisfaction of knowing that their feedback will impact on the business concerned.

From a business perspective, Plebble provides a way for businesses to gather feedback and measure how good their customer service really is. It allows them to connect with their customers through a completely independent channel and increase loyalty and reputation.

Will Paterson, Plebble’s co-founder, said: "Consumer dissatisfaction is a big problem in the UK today – not just for consumers but for businesses too. By enabling consumers to share information, Plebble.com helps them find the best service out there while at the same time helping businesses give consumers what they want."

Plebble’s other co-founder, James Paterson said: "The launch of Plebble.com represents a significant moment for us but it doesn’t stop there – we are constantly looking at ways to improve our service (including tools to help businesses analyse their customers’ views in more depth) and we are working on lots of developments for the future."
