Rackspace Web Hosting Recommended By 77% of Customers

Customer Satisfaction and Recommendation Leads to Rackspace Managed Hosting Europe Doubling its Revenue in 2004.

Rackspace Managed Hosting Europe is outstripping the current hosting market in terms of the high levels of customer service it is delivering, according to recent independent research conducted into the UK hosting market. The research shows that 76% of Rackspace's customers are likely to recommend its hosting services, with 70% very satisfied with its service delivery. This puts Rackspace way ahead of the competition - its nearest competitor rating 10% less on both measures and the majority lagging far behind.

Vanson Bourne, the independent research company commissioned to carry out the survey, evaluated the levels of customer satisfaction within the industry versus the likelihood of customers to recommend their hosting provider. Rackspace believes there is a strong correlation between customer loyalty and business success, a belief that is bourne out by its 2004 growth figures. Rackspace revenue has increased by 82% over the past 12 months and is continuing to grow at 6% month on month. New customers include the FTSE, Vodafone, The Prince's Trust and Panalogic, a leading web and media company which used Rackspace's services to host the website of ITV's popluar reality TV show 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here'.
